By accessing SIGFRE.com and using the Audio Suite or The Alignment Journal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Intellectual Property

The audio frequencies, "The Alignment" branding, and journal layout are the sole intellectual property of SIGFRE. Your purchase or sign-up grants you a personal, non-transferable license to listen to the audio. You may not record, redistribute, or resell the audio tracks or journal content.

3. Audio Usage & Safety

The SIGFRE Audio Suite is designed for personal development. You acknowledge that you have read the Safety Disclaimer regarding binaural beats and will not use the audio while driving or if you have a history of seizures.

4. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads (the free audio tracks and the suite access), all digital access is final.

5. Limitation of Liability

SIGFRE is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our products. You use these tools at your own discretion.
