1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading the Sigfre app or visiting SIGFRE.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Sigfre. Subscription purchases through the App Store or Google Play require you to be of legal age to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. By using Sigfre, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Intellectual Property

The audio frequencies, Sigfre branding, and all associated content are the sole intellectual property of SIGFRE. Your use of the app — whether on the free tier or under a paid subscription — grants you a personal, non-transferable license to listen to the audio for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not record, redistribute, or resell any audio tracks or app content.

4. Audio Usage & Safety

Sigfre uses monaural beats and isochronic tones — not binaural beats. Works on any speaker, not just headphones. Do not use audio while driving, operating machinery, or if you have a history of epilepsy or seizures.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Sigfre is available as a free app with a Premium subscription tier. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly ($14.99/month) or annually ($99/year). All subscription billing is managed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Sigfre does not process subscription payments directly.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. To manage or cancel your subscription, visit your account settings in the App Store or Google Play.

6. Refund Policy

All subscription billing is managed by Apple and Google per their respective refund policies. Digital access is non-refundable outside of the refund windows provided by those platforms. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.

7. Limitation of Liability

SIGFRE is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our products. You use these tools at your own discretion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of Sigfre after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
